20 ani de suferinţă încununaţi de victorie: 2600 hectare retrocedate comunităţii grănicereşti Rusu Bârgăului
După două decenii de muncă și de jertfă, niște țărani disprețuiți de autorități, cu palmele bătătorite, “arhiva vie a grănicerimii”, au făcut din nou istorie în granița năsăudeană.
La 23 decembrie 2024, Judecătoria Bistriţa a admis plângerea grănicerilor de la Rusu Bârgăului şi a dispus reconstituirea dreptului de proprietate pentru 2600 hectare de teren forestier.
Nepoții și strănepoții glorioşilor grăniceri au dezgropat adevărul istoric al graniței, iar acest adevăr istoric a devenit un adevăr juridic.
După 20 ani de litigii şi de persecuţii, efectele suferinței pentru proprietate și pentru ideal, se văd pe chipurile mutilate ale grănicerilor: asupra liderilor lor s-a abătut toată furia și forța instituțiilor statului!
Felicitări comunităţii grănicereşti din Rusu Bârgăului! Felicitări, părinte Ioan Platon! Aşa cum am spus şi în pledoaria finală de la instanţă, vă sărut eu obrazul scuipat pe rând de toți prefecții, deputații, senatorii, primarii, miniștrii şi milionarii din păduri pe care i-a dat județul Bistrița-Năsăud!
Suferința în comun unește mai mult decât bucuria – a venit însă momentul ca acest trecut de suferință al grănicerilor sa cunoască bucuria victoriei!

20 Years of suffering crowned by victory: 2600 Hectares restituted to the border community Rusu Bargaului
After two decades of work and sacrifice, some peasants despised by the authorities, with rough palms, the "living archive of bordering", once again made history in the border of Nasăud.
On December 23, 2024, the Bistrita Court admitted the complaint of the border guards from Rusu Bârgăului and ordered the reconstitution of the property right for 2600 hectares of forest land.
The grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the glorious border guards unearthed the historical truth of the border, and this historical truth became a legal truth.
After 20 years of litigation and persecution, the effects of suffering for property and for the ideal can be seen on the mutilated faces of the border guards: all the anger and force of the state institutions fell on their leaders!
Congratulations to the border community from Rusu Bârgăului! Congratulations, Father Ioan Platon! As I said in the closing argument at the court, I kiss your cheek spat in turn by all the prefects, deputies, senators, mayors, ministers and millionaires that Bistrita-Năsăud county gave!
Common suffering unites more than joy - but the time has come for this past of suffering of the border guards to know the joy of victory!
